Purchase conditions

Here follows the contractual document which will govern the purchase of products and services through the website www.safradelmontsec.com, property of JAUME CASADO CARULLA (from here on SAFRÀ DEL MONTSEC). The acceptance of the present document implies that the Customer:

  1. Has read, understands and comprehends the information it contains.
  2. Is a person with the legal capacity to contract.
  3. Accepts all obligations listed in the document.
  4. Recognises that the acceptance of the present conditions will entail their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to all future orders, except when the Customer is informed of new conditions by the online store www.shop.safradelmontsec.com.

The present conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all purchases made through the website www.safradelmontsec.com. SAFRÀ DEL MONTSEC reserves the right to unilaterally modify said conditions, without this affecting any goods or offers acquired prior to the modification.

The language which governs the purchasing process will be Spanish, and it will be the language which governs the relationship between the parties. The display of information in any other language will be considered conditioned by the former; in the event of discrepancy, the Spanish version will have precedence over any other translation or adaptation.

CONTRACT PURPOSE

The present contract is intended to regulate the contractual relationship of purchase and sale between SAFRÀ DEL MONTSEC and you, the CUSTOMER, from the moment you check, during the online purchasing process, the relevant box.

The contractual relationship of purchase and sale entails the delivery, in exchange for a specific payment publicly displayed through the website, of a particular product or service.

PROCESS OF PURCHASE

After your purchase has been made, you, the Customer, will receive confirmation of your order in the form of an email. For this reason, it is important to provide the correct shipping address.

In addition, SAFRÀ DEL MONTSEC reserves the right to cancel any order when it deems it necessary to do so, informing you, the Customer, and justifying the decision not to serve your order due to reasons outside the company’s control or of force majeure, such as traffic accidents, adverse weather conditions or thefts of transport vehicles or goods. In these cases, you will be given the option to receive a new, similar order as a soon as the outside causes have been resolved. 

ORDER DELIVERY

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the Customer. Thus, SAFRÀ DEL MONTSEC will not be responsible, in any way, when the delivery of the product or service fails to occur as a result of the data provided by the Customer being false, imprecise or incomplete.

Nonetheless, SAFRÀ DEL MONTSEC should adopt the measures expected of a diligent vendor to effectuate the order within the specified period of time, or else as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of both sender and receiver, so SAFRÀ DEL MONTSEC cannot be held liable in any way. PRICES

All product prices indicated include the Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other taxes which may be applicable and, in any case, will be expressed in Euros (€). Except when expressly indicated to the contrary, these expenses will not include shipping, handling, or packaging costs, shipping insurance or any other additional service attached to the product or service acquired.

Transport costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis from total order amount, including the VAT and shipping address.

AVAILABILITY

SAFRÀ DEL MONTSEC will make an effort to satisfy Customers’ demands for our products and any product offered is unlikely to be truly unavailable. However, if a product goes out of stock after you, the Customer, have ordered it, SAFRÀ DEL MONTSEC will inform you and propose a replacement of the product according to your preferences.

If you do not wish to replace the product or we cannot reach you while your order is being prepared, this order will not be served and the amount paid for it will be refunded through the original payment method used when placing the order.

If the requested unavailable product is the only item in your order, your order will be cancelled and we will return the amount paid via the original payment method used when placing the order.

SAFRÀ DEL MONTSEC may add new products to the website at any time, with the understanding, unless otherwise stated, that the new products will be governed by the contents of the general terms and conditions prevailing at the time.

SAFRÀ DEL MONTSEC reserves the right to stop facilitating access, at any time and with no prior warning, to any product offered on the website for reasons of availability, seasonality or modifications in the selection of products in the online sale service.
