Shipping and Returns
The products acquired will be shipped to the address indicated in the order. If, at the moment of delivery, you (the Customer) are absent, the courier will try to leave a note in the mailbox. It is not always possible to leave a note, as the courier is occasionally unable to access the entrance or housing complex. After this first delivery attempt, the area delivery branch will try to reach you to schedule a second delivery. If, for some reason, the area delivery branch has been unable to reach you to arrange the delivery, you may write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the contact information or any assistance you may need.
Post boxes will not be delivered to.
Receipts of sale will be sent to the email address listed in your account on the online store www.safradelmontsec.com and also may be consulted by accessing your account.
The carrier will be responsible for delivering your order on time.
An order will be viewed as delivered once the carrier has delivered the package or packages to you and you have signed the delivery receipt document. As the Customer, it is your responsibility to verify the state of the goods upon reception and indicate any abnormalities on the delivery reception note.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
SAFRÀ DEL MONTSEC aims to deliver all orders quickly and effectively. The delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours for domestic shipments and four to five business days for international shipments. These provisions do not include launches, special offers or Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaigns in which these periods cannot be guaranteed due to unpredictable reasons or unavoidable causes of force majeure.
All orders received after 13h, as well as those received on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

RETURNS DUE TO INCIDENCE
SAFRÀ DEL MONTSEC accepts the return if the product is defective or has been damaged during transport. You, the Customer, must verify the product at the moment of delivery and record any incidents on the courier’s delivery note.
You, the Customer, must report the incident to email@example.com in the 48 business hours following the reception of the order, attaching a photograph of the damage and as detailed an explanation of it as possible. Without photographs, the incident cannot be processed. After the stipulated period, SAFRÀ DEL MONTSEC will not take responsibility for the incident or return.
SAFRÀ DEL MONTSEC accepts the shipping costs generated by the return of the product and will proceed to resend the product replaced, with no additional cost to the Customer.
RETURNS DUE TO CANCELLATION
In accordance with the provisions of Spanish law, you (the Customer) have the Right to Cancel, in virtue of which you may return the product received if it has failed to meet your expectations.
The exercise of this right may be manifested within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days after the product’s reception. Due to the nature of the products sold on this website, if you, the purchaser, wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you must not open or unseal the product, allowing it to remain apt for consumption.
The reimbursement of the purchase amount will be effectuated once the state of the goods has been confirmed and will be made through the same payment method used when the order was processed and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days counting from when SAFRÀ DEL MONTSEC is effectively informed of the purchaser’s sending of the goods or, in the absence of being informed, from the reception of the returned product at the address of SAFRÀ DEL MONTSEC.
The return costs, derived from the exercise of the right to cancel as well as the shipping costs, will be covered by the purchaser.
You, the purchaser, may exercise your right to cancel by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you, the Customer, have opened the product, this right to cancel will no longer apply, according to the exclusions contained in article 103 of Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, passing the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws modified by art. 28 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March in its paragraph:
– e) “the supply of sealed goods which are not valid to be returned for the purpose of protecting health or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery”.
